Rina Restaino is a Partner in the firm’s Century City office and has been with the firm since 2019. She is committed to understanding a client’s needs and provides counsel to clients on a variety of class action litigation matters.
Ms. Restaino manages clients and litigation from inception through final approval complex class actions. She has participated in over 20 mediations on behalf of the Schall Firm’s clients, resulting in successful settlements for shareholders.
She has worked extensively through all phases of class action matters, particularly securities and employment class actions involving over 1,000 plaintiffs. Her expertise is built on extensive experience in cases involving multifaceted data management and damage analysis.
Ms. Restaino has worked for Fortune 500 companies in different legal and business capacities. She has handled single plaintiff and class action litigation for employees and employers including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage claims, and unfair labor practices.
She earned her J.D. in 2012 from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and her B.A., in 2009 from New York University, where she was on the Dean’s List. She participates as a moot court judge at Loyola Law School, and also serves as a mentor to first-year law students.
